1. What kind of products does Ninou offer?
At Ninou, we offer clothing for babies made from 100% cotton. Our pieces stand out for their unique prints, hand-painted in India, and for their artisanal craftsmanship in Mexico.
2. Are the garments safe for my baby’s skin?
Yes. We use 100% natural cotton, ideal for delicate baby skin. Our fabrics are soft, breathable and comfortable for everyday wear.
3. What makes your products special?
Each piece is unique. Our fabrics are hand-painted in India, which means slight variations in the prints may occur, giving each garment its own character. In addition, all pieces are crafted in Mexico with great attention to detail.
4. How should I care for the garments?
We recommend hand washing or using a delicate cycle in cold water with a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and air dry in the shade to preserve the colors and fabric quality.
5. What sizes do you offer?
We offer a range of sizes for babies, from 6 to 24 months. Some styles are available up to size 5–6 years. You can refer to our size guide to find the best fit.
6. Do you ship throughout Mexico?
Yes, we ship across all of Mexico. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
7. How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery typically takes between 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

If your order arrives with any defect or error, please contact us immediately. We will resolve it as quickly as possible at no additional cost.

Yes. While our fabrics are hand-painted in India, all garments are crafted in Mexico, supporting local production.

Since our fabrics are hand-painted, each piece may have slight variations. This is part of their charm and ensures every item is unique.
